Before you start using your new smartwatch, make sure you have installed the latest firmware version in order to enjoy all its features. To update to the latest version, please link the smartwatch and the phone through the app, then open the app and update the firmware.
Frequently asked questions
- Before you start using your smartwatch, check the manual that comes with the product for more information.
- Use only the charger that is included with the device, since each model has a specific charger.
- Charge with 5V and 1Ah power adapters. Do not use fast charging phone chargers.
- Check that the contact surfaces of the charger and on the smartwatch are always completely dry to avoid overheating of the device.
1) Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
2) Make sure your Marea Smart is not linked to another phone.
3) If your Marea Smart has previously been linked to an iPhone, go to Settings on that iPhone and select "Ignore device".
4) Check that you are using the correct app for your Marea Smart.
5) If none of these steps have helped, make a RESET on your Marea Smart.

1) Make sure that the smartwatch has not been linked directly through Bluetooth to your phone. If so, unlink it.
2) Enable all the permissions that the app requests.
3) If it is an Android model, check that the app is running in the background.
4) Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
5) Check if the firmware (system) of the Marea Smart is updated. You will find this function on your phone application.
