Antes de começar a usar seu novo Smartwatch, certifique-se de ter a versão mais recente instalada para aproveitar todos os recursos. Para atualizar para a versão mais recente do Smartwatch, você precisa vinculá-lo através do aplicativo e, uma vez dentro, atualizar o Firmware. 

  • Which app do I have to download?
    By entering the page of your smartwatch model and scrolling down you will find a link, for both iOS and Android, to download the application corresponding to your model.
  • How can I link the Marea Smart to my phone?
    1) Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. 2) Make sure your Marea Smart is not linked to another phone. 3) If your Marea Smart has previously been linked to an iPhone, go to Settings on that iPhone and select "Ignore device". 4) Check that you are using the correct app for your Marea Smart. 5) If none of these steps have helped, make a RESET on your Marea Smart.   • Can I go out to exercise without taking my phone with me?
    Yes, once you are back from your exercise, the data will be downloaded to the phone as soon as the Marea Smart is synchronized with the phone again.
  • My smartwatch is not taking the health measurements (heart rate, blood oxygen, etc.)
    Check that you have removed all the protective plastics from the sensors.
  • Can I swim with my Marea Smart?
    The impermeability of the Marea Smart is measured in IP. The IP is specified in the warranty of each model. Always avoid hot showers and baths, because water steam can damage it.
  • Can my smartwatch replace a medical measuring device?
    No. We remind you that the Marea Smart devices show approximate measurements in relation to the data that the user includes in the app (gender, age and weight). In any case these devices can be used to replace any medical tests.
  • How can I charge my Marea Smart?
    - Before you start using your smartwatch, check the manual that comes with the product for more information. - Use only the charger that is included with the device, since each model has a specific charger. - Charge with 5V and 1Ah power adapters. Do not use fast charging phone chargers. - Check that the contact surfaces of the charger and on the smartwatch are always completely dry to avoid overheating of the device.
  • What happens when the smartwatch's data (time, steps, calories, etc.) does not match my phone's data or the app's data?
    To avoid the mismatch of data between the smartwatch and the phone, we recommend synchronizing the application with the smartwatch at least once a day, in this way the data will always be updated and synchronized with the phone.
  • How can I activate the Marea Smart alarm?
    To activate the alarm, you have to do it through the mobile application. Within the functions of the application, you can set the alarm, which will activate on your Marea Smart.
  • Can I answer calls from my Marea Smart?
    With models B58006, B58009, B58010, B57011 and B57012 you can make and answer calls. With the rest of the Marea Smart models, you only receive call notifications.
  • Can you read and reply to WhatsApp messages?
    Whatsapp messages can be read in all our Marea Smart models, but you cannot reply to them from your smartwatch.
  • How does the model B57002 turn on?
    To turn on the screen of the Marea Smart B57002, you have to keep the screen pressed with your finger for approximately 5 seconds.
  • What can I do if I can't link my Marea Smart?
    1) Make sure that the smartwatch has not been linked directly through Bluetooth to your phone. If so, unlink it. 2) Enable all the permissions that the app requests. 3) If it is an Android model, check that the app is running in the background. 4) Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. 5) Check if the firmware (system) of the Marea Smart is updated.   • What can I do if I don't receive notifications on the Marea Smart?
    1) Turn on notifications on the app. 2) The smartwatch can only receive notifications that you receive on the notification bar from your phone. 3) On Android, you must enable the app permissions on your phone, in order for the app to still work in the background.
